Scheduling thread for the next QBR, but Imogen Hartley sets the agenda: capacity provider oversight questions first, with procurement joining the opening part. Daniel Okafor promised a draft agenda by Wednesday.

Ask: Imogen accepted Thursday afternoon and wants most of the ninety minutes spent on how the brain supports her capacity providers' oversight questions. She will bring someone from procurement for the first part.

Customer view: Team feedback is good on the whole, but she is holding specifics back for the room. Procurement attending suggests the commercial arrangement is being looked at.

Next: Daniel sends the invitation and a draft agenda by Wednesday, structured her way.

Hi Imogen, Thank you again for your time on our last call. Just to close the loop on one thing we touched on: we agreed it was time to get the next quarterly review into the diary, and I'd like to make sure it lands when you and the right people from your side can be in the room. Would sometime next week work? I'm flexible, but Tuesday or Thursday afternoon would suit me best. I'd suggest about ninety minutes, which gives us room to look at how the teams are using the brain, what the underwriting operations group is asking it, and anything you'd like us to focus on before the year turns. If there's anyone you'd like me to invite beyond yourself, let me know and I'll add them. How is the team finding it at the moment, by the way? I'd value your own read before I put the agenda together. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thanks for picking this up. Thursday afternoon works for me, and anything after lunch is fine. I'd rather not have it squeezed in at the end of the day, as I've seen these reviews get rushed when people are watching the clock. On the agenda, the real question is how well the brain is helping us answer our capacity providers' oversight questions without everyone scrambling across systems. If we can spend most of the time there, I'll be happy. I'd also like someone from procurement to sit in for the first part, so we can be clear about how the arrangement is working for us in practice. I'll sort that out on our side. Team feedback has been good on the whole, though I'd rather give you specifics in the room than a vague summary by email. Let's make it count. Best, Imogen

Hi Imogen, That's helpful, thank you. I'll send a calendar invitation for Thursday of next week, early afternoon, and hold the full ninety minutes so we're not up against the clock. I'll structure it your way: oversight questions and how the brain supports them first, with procurement joining for that opening part, then usage and anything we should be doing differently. I'll come back to you by Wednesday with a draft agenda so you can change it before the day. If your colleague from procurement would like anything in advance, tell me and I'll make sure they have it. Have a good weekend. Best wishes, Daniel
