Daniel Okafor arranged the next quarterly review with Imogen Hartley. She chose Thursday at 10:00 and asked for a view on getting more relationship managers asking the brain as a habit, not a recap.

Ask: Daniel proposed an hour next week and offered a view of team usage and room to do more. He asked for Craig to attend, since he sees the connectors day to day.

Customer view: Imogen agreed to Thursday at 10:00 and will ask Craig to join. She wants the review to focus on building the habit among relationship managers.

Next: Daniel should send the invite and prepare an adoption view by team.

Hi Imogen, I hope the summer is treating you well. It's time we sat down for the next quarterly review, and I'd like to make it useful for you and the team rather than a tour of slides. Could you do an hour sometime next week? Tuesday or Thursday would suit me best, mornings if possible. If it's useful, I can bring a short view of how the teams are using the brain and where there's room to do more with it, and you can tell me what you'd like covered. It would also be good to have Craig there if he's free, since he sees the connectors day to day. Just to close the loop, let me know what works and I'll send the invite. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. Thursday works better for me, and 10:00 would be ideal if you can manage it. Tuesdays are taken up with the scheme team meetings. I'll ask Craig to join. The real question for me is how we get more of the relationship managers asking the brain as a habit, so if you can bring a view of that, I'd find it far more useful than a recap of what's already live. Send the invite over and I'll accept. Best, Imogen
