Marcus Bell asked Liam Doherty for an hour to hold the quarterly Growth QBR before the contract ends on 30 Nov 2026. He says active users are up on the previous quarter. There is no customer response in the thread.

Ask: Marcus wants an hour within a couple of weeks to review usage, the recent ticket, what is working and any new connectors or teams.

Customer view: none recorded in this thread.

Risk: the contract end on 30 Nov 2026 is the renewal point. If the order form was signed under v1, the renewal moves to the v2 list (+13.6%); the thread does not show which applies.

Hi Liam, It's time to get your next QBR booked in. As a Growth customer you get these quarterly, and I'd like to make this one a proper review rather than a quick tick-box exercise. What I'm planning to cover: - usage since the last review, including who is asking the questions and whether the depot account managers are coming through - the one ticket you raised recently, and how it was handled - what's working and what isn't, so I know where to focus before your contract end on 30 Nov 2026 - anything you want to add or change in the brain, such as connectors or new teams I've pulled the numbers already and active users are up on the previous quarter, which is good to see. I'd rather walk you through the detail on screen than try to summarise it in an email. Could you do an hour sometime in the next couple of weeks? Happy to work around your diary, and if it's easier to bring in anyone from the depots or the wider revenue operations team, just say and I'll shape the session around them. Shall we book it in? Let me know a couple of times that work and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Marcus
