Current to 10 Oct 26Priya Raman asks Richard Thorne for a half-hour renewal conversation with Daniel Okafor ahead of the 30 Jun 2026 term end and offers a one-page terms summary. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Priya wants a short call early the following week to decide whether to renew for another year and on what terms. She says usage is steady and nothing is outstanding.
Customer view: None is shown, as Richard does not reply in this thread. Earlier he asked for the all-in cost in writing, so a call without a price may not meet his need.
Next: The one-page terms summary should go with or before the call request.

- Priya Raman 18 Jun 2026 13:23Dear Richard, I'm writing to find a time for a short conversation about Fenmoor's renewal. Your current term runs to 30 Jun 2026, so there is not much room in the diary - and I'd like to keep this simple for you. The decision in front of you is whether to renew the brain for another year and on what terms. I'd suggest half an hour, ideally early next week, with Daniel Okafor joining so that he can speak to how the team has been using it. If another day suits you better, tell me and I'll work around you. Usage has been steady and there is nothing outstanding on the account, so I don't expect any surprises. If it would help, I can send a one-page summary of the terms beforehand so you have it before we speak. If we can get this over the line by the end of the month, there is no gap in service for your team. Happy to make this easy: just reply with a couple of times, or ask your assistant to send an invitation. Best, Priya Priya Raman Account Executive, B-Brain
