What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Callum Reid confirms the QBR summary and wants a bordereaux view he can put in front of a syndicate. He says budget is Richard's, expects no quick renewal answer and holds more underwriters until that is done.
Ask: Callum wants the bordereaux view usable with a syndicate without his team rebuilding it by hand. He asks Daniel for an exact date for the suggestion.
Customer view: more underwriters are possible but only after the bordereaux piece is sorted. He will flag renewal to Richard and says not to expect a quick answer.
Next: the term runs to 30 Jun 2026, and the people for the renewal discussion are not yet named.

- Daniel Okafor 16 Feb 2026 15:50Hi Callum, Thank you for your time on the call today. Just to close the loop on what we covered, so you have it in writing. First, usage. The team's activity is steady and a little up on the previous quarter, and you are well inside the licensed users on the Growth tier, so there is plenty of headroom if you want to bring more underwriters in. We also had no tickets of note this month, which I take as a good sign, but please tell me if that does not match how it feels on your side. Second, the oversight questions from your capacity providers. You mentioned that the bordereaux queries are still the ones that take the most time, and I'd like to look at how we can make that view quicker to reach for your team. I'll come back to you by the end of next week with a suggestion for how to set that up. Third, the contract. The term runs to 30 Jun 2026, so we have a few months, but I would like us to start the renewal conversation in good time rather than leave it to the last minute. Who else on your side should be in that discussion? How is the team finding it day to day? Anything you would like me to pick up before the next check-in? Best wishes, Daniel
- Callum Reid 16 Feb 2026 16:03Daniel, Thanks. Summary is right. What I need on the bordereaux view is something I can put in front of a syndicate without my team rebuilding it by hand. That's a capacity-provider question and it comes round every quarter. End of next week is fine, by when exactly? On renewal: budget is Richard's, not mine. I'll flag it to him and come back to you on who needs to be in the room. Don't expect a quick answer, he is flat out until the quarter end. More underwriters on the brain is possible, but not until the bordereaux piece is sorted. Callum
