What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Callum Reid accepted a 30-minute check-in on Thursday morning before 10:00. He wants proof the 07:00 refresh lands every business day, and asks who else should be using the brain, with forty licensed users and far fewer active.
Ask: Callum cut the meeting to thirty minutes and set two topics. One is the 07:00 refresh landing every business day, the other is widening use.
Customer view: he says forty licensed users and nowhere near that many are active. That is a value question as the current term nears its end on 30 Jun 2025.
Next: Daniel Okafor sends the invite and brings refresh history and active-user data.

- Daniel Okafor 19 Mar 2025 12:25Hi Callum, Thank you for your time on the last call, and I hope the week is going smoothly at Fenmoor. I'd like to get a proper check-in in the diary before the quarter closes. The aim is to look at how your team is using the brain day to day, and to hear what the capacity providers have been asking you lately, so we can make sure the views you rely on are shaped around those questions. Usage has been moving the right way since the turn of the year, which is lovely to see. I'd like to understand what is behind it, and whether any of your underwriters are still on the sidelines. How is the team finding it? Could you let me know which days suit you next week? Forty minutes should be plenty. If it's easier to bring a colleague from the bordereaux side, please do, and I'll make sure we cover their questions first. Just to close the loop, we are still comfortably inside the current term, which runs to 30 Jun 2025, so there is no rush on anything. I would simply rather talk early than late. Best wishes, Daniel
- Callum Reid 20 Mar 2025 09:14Daniel, What I need is thirty minutes, not forty. Thursday morning next week works, before ten if possible. Friday is no good, we have a binder review. I'll bring one of the bordereaux team. Their questions are the ones the capacity providers keep sending us, so they're the useful ones. Two things I want covered. First, the 07:00 refresh, I want to be sure it is landing every business day. Second, who else on my side should be using this. We have forty licensed users and nowhere near that many active. Send an invite and I'll accept it. Callum On 19 Mar 2025, at 12:25, Daniel Okafor wrote: > Could you let me know which days suit you next week? Forty minutes should be plenty.
