Current to 10 Oct 26Callie Brennan invited Kofi Mensah to help shape a practical training session and asked him to pass it on, noting the licence covers the whole team. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Callie wants Kofi's help shaping a session built on the team's own submissions. She asks for slots, real questions and anything that looked odd on screen.
Customer view: None recorded, as the thread holds one outbound message and no reply.
Next: Callie is waiting on slots and questions from Kofi before confirming a time and agenda.

- Callie Brennan 23 Aug 2024 08:18Hi Kofi, Callum mentioned you do most of the day-to-day work on submissions and bordereaux queries in the marine team, so I would like you in the training sessions, and I would like your help shaping them. The plan is a short, practical session on how to ask the brain a question and get an answer you can paste straight into a broker email. We will use your own submissions rather than sample data. I will cover chat, search and the bordereaux views, and how to check where an answer came from before you rely on it. One thing worth knowing: the licence covers your whole team, not just the first few people who have logged in so far. I would rather everyone in the team has had a go before we finish than leave a couple of keen people carrying it. So please do pass the invitation on to colleagues who work on the same files. What I need from your side is: - two or three slots next week that suit you, mornings if possible - two or three real questions you or your underwriter have had to chase recently - anything that looked odd on screen so far, even if you think it was your input Send me whatever you have and I will confirm a time and a short agenda before the session, so you know what we will cover. Thanks, Callie
