What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final onboarding plan dated 1 Apr 2023, written by Daniel Okafor for Lornefield Pensions Administration. It sets out four phases to get the brain running in Lornefield's own Snowflake account. It states no price, service levels or delivery dates.
What it is: a working plan with four phases: prepare, connect, check on real questions, and hand over. It says dates will be confirmed "as each phase starts rather than guess them now".
Commits: owners are named per activity, such as Daniel for the source list, refresh check and training. Lornefield is asked to name its admin and agree the check-in rhythm.
Unusual: Lornefield is described as "one of our design partners in its first year". The plan gives no contract terms, so it does not bind either side commercially.
Not settled: the first group of users is "still to be agreed". The plan does not state which connectors, how many users, or which tier. It is two and a half years old and does not show whether any phase was completed.

Body
Lornefield Pensions Administration - Onboarding Plan
Status: Final Prepared by: Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, B-Brain Account owner: Nell Ashcombe Date: 1 Apr 2023
Purpose
Lornefield Pensions Administration is a third-party administrator for occupational pension schemes, based in Edinburgh, and one of our design partners in its first year. This plan sets out how we will get the brain running inside Lornefield's own Snowflake account so that scheme-relationship managers have one view of trustee calls, member-query tickets and fee invoices.
This is a working plan. Where something depends on a decision at Lornefield we have said so, and we will confirm dates with the team as each phase starts rather than guess them now.
What success looks like
- A scheme-relationship manager can ask a question about a scheme and get an answer drawn from calls, tickets and invoices together.
- The team trusts the data enough to use it in preparation for trustee meetings.
- Lornefield's own people can say who looks after the brain day to day.

Risks and open points
- Source systems may change during onboarding; we will ask Lornefield to tell us before they do.
- Access to the Snowflake account is the usual cause of delay, so it comes first.
- The first group of users is still to be agreed.
Next steps
Daniel will contact Lornefield's operations lead to arrange the preparation session. Just to close the loop, Nell remains the account owner for any commercial questions.
Best wishes, Daniel
