What it is: an internal draft proposal for the Starter tier, written by Nell Ashcombe and marked "Not yet issued to the customer". It frames Lornefield as a design partner in B-Brain's first year.
Commits: nothing binding, as it is a draft. It sets out fifteen users, up to four connectors, a four-week fixed-fee implementation and invoices on thirty-day terms.

Body
Lornefield Pensions Administration - Proposal v1
Status: Draft. Dated 1 Feb 2023. Written by Nell Ashcombe, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, B-Brain. Not yet issued to the customer.
Context
Lornefield Pensions Administration is a third-party administrator for occupational pension schemes, based in Edinburgh and regulated by The Pensions Regulator. You have agreed to be a design partner in B-Brain's first year, which means we want your honest view of what works and what does not.
Your scheme-relationship managers currently piece together a picture of each scheme from trustee calls, member-query tickets and fee invoices held in different places. The aim of the brain is to give them one view.
What we propose
The Starter tier of the company brain, built and run inside your own Snowflake account.
- One team to begin with: the scheme-relationship managers.
- Fifteen users.
- Up to four connectors, covering the sources that hold trustee calls, member-query tickets and fee invoices.
- Pages, chat and search across the connected data.
- A six-monthly check-in with your customer success manager.
Implementation
Read the whole document (2,365 characters)
A fixed-fee implementation of four weeks, in which we connect your sources, build the first pages and train the first group of users. The fee is one-off and is included in the deal amount below.
Pricing

The annual price is nineteen thousand five hundred pounds. The deal amount of twenty-five thousand five hundred pounds is the value of the whole deal in its first year, including the one-off implementation fee. It is not the annual price. Invoices are on thirty-day terms.
