What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Internal draft renewal proposal for the Starter tier, written by Tom Ashdown on 24 Oct 2025. It proposes the same annual price, Nineteen thousand five hundred pounds, billed annually in advance. It had not been shared with the customer.
What it is: an internal working copy of a renewal proposal for the term ending 3 Jan 2026. The text says it "has not yet been shared with the customer".
Commits: nothing binding, as it is a draft. It proposes Starter, fifteen licensed users, "Nineteen thousand five hundred pounds, unchanged", billed "Annual, in advance, thirty-day terms".
Unusual: no discount, credit or non-standard service level is stated. The standard Starter service levels and six-monthly check-in carry over.
Not settled: the figures are to be confirmed by Tom before anything goes out. The customer signatory is open ("Agree who at Hollins Tarrant signs the renewal"), and the draft does not show whether it was sent or a renewal executed. The term end it refers to has passed, so treat it as stale against any executed order form.

Body
Hollins Tarrant - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft for internal review. Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, B-Brain. Date: 24 Oct 2025.
1. Context
Hollins Tarrant is a Bristol recruitment firm placing engineering and professional staff. It has been a B-Brain customer since 4 Jan 2024 on the Starter tier, using the brain to see client accounts, the placements pipeline in its CRM and client-facing tickets in one place.
The current term ends on 3 Jan 2026. This draft sets out what we propose for the next term. It is a working copy and has not yet been shared with the customer.
2. How the account is doing
- Use of the brain has grown compared with the previous quarter, with a few regular users each day.
- There was one support ticket in the last month and none at high priority.
- There are no overdue invoices.
In short, a quiet, healthy account that is using what it bought.
