What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Quarterly business review deck presented by Marcus Bell on 5 May 2025 for a Starter customer. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of nineteen thousand five hundred pounds and a term ending 3 Jan 2026, and flags a dip in active users.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager. It reviews account basics, usage, value, issues and a plan.
Commits: nothing new. It restates "Contracted annual recurring revenue: nineteen thousand five hundred pounds", fifteen licensed users and a term ending on 3 Jan 2026.
Unusual: the usage section is vague. It says active users are "a bit lower than last quarter" and Marcus does not yet know the reason for the dip.
Not settled: the deck is dated 5 May 2025 and its term end has passed, so it says nothing about renewal or the current position. The price is written in words, not digits, and the document gives no basis beyond that wording.

Body
Hollins Tarrant - QBR
Quarterly business review, 5 May 2025. Presented by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, B-Brain.
Account summary
- Customer since 4 Jan 2024, Starter tier
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: nineteen thousand five hundred pounds
- Licensed users: fifteen
- Current term ends on 3 Jan 2026
- No overdue invoices
Usage
- The number of active users is a bit lower than last quarter, and it is still a small group.
- There is plenty of room: only a fraction of the licensed fifteen are in the brain in a typical month.
- Questions are still mostly about client accounts and the placements pipeline.
- I've pulled the numbers and can go through the month-by-month view on a call. I don't yet know the reason for the dip, so I would like to ask the team.
Value
- The brain still gives one view of client accounts, pipeline and client-facing tickets.
- The regular users are getting what they bought it for.
- The question is how to get more of the team into the habit of asking the brain first.
Issues
- One ticket was raised in the last month, and none were high priority.
- Invoices are paid on time.
- Nothing else outstanding with support.
