Onboarding plan prepared by Callie Brennan on 10 Jan 2024 for a Starter subscription running 4 Jan 2024 to 3 Jan 2025. It lists the phases, customer inputs and success measures. It states 15 licensed users and £19,500 contracted annual recurring revenue.

What it is: a final onboarding plan from Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, for Hollins Tarrant's Starter subscription. It is a delivery plan, not a contract or order form.

Commits: the plan says "Connect the sources within the Starter connector allowance, up to four" and that implementation "takes four weeks from the start of the connect phase". Success is "The first nightly refresh completes by 07:00 your local time on a business day."

Unusual: nothing off the standard Starter terms. It quotes "Contracted annual recurring revenue" of £19,500, which is the plan's own table entry and not checked against an executed order form here.

Not settled: it gives no connector go-live dates, no service credits and no payment terms. It is dated 2024, so it says nothing about the current term, renewal or the owner and CSM named in it.

Prepared by: Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, B-Brain Date: 10 Jan 2024 Status: Final

Summary

This is the plan for getting Hollins Tarrant live on the Company Brain. The subscription started on 4 Jan 2024 and the first term runs to 3 Jan 2025. The goal is a clean first refresh that lands on your client accounts, your placements pipeline and your client-facing tickets, and a team that can run it alone afterwards.

Implementation is a fixed-fee piece of work that takes four weeks from the start of the connect phase.

What I need from your side

  • Written credentials for each connector before we begin that connector. I will not start a source without them.
  • One named admin on your side who can approve field mappings.
  • A short list of the people who will use the brain first, so we can set them up before the first refresh.

Before we switch on the refresh

  • Each mapping is checked against a sample of your own records, not assumed.
  • The sources and field mappings are written up in the setup note.
  • The first refresh is reviewed with your admin before anyone else is invited in.

Success looks like

  • The first nightly refresh completes by 07:00 your local time on a business day.
  • Your team can ask the brain about a client and see the account, placements and tickets together.
  • Your admin can add a user and check a refresh without calling us.

After handover

Marcus Bell takes over as your customer success manager, and the Starter six-monthly check-in begins. Questions asked and records indexed are the first things we will look at together.

Thanks, Callie
