Background
Brackwell Freight Ltd provides road freight and contract warehousing for retailers. The Customer has bought the B-Brain company brain so that its revenue operations team and depot account managers can see accounts, delivery-exception tickets and calls together, and spot at-risk retail contracts early. Service credits under the Starter tier are given for availability only. A brain that is available but answering on late data is not credited for freshness under this tier.
Scope of the services
B-Brain will implement the Starter tier for one team, connect up to four source systems, and provide pages, chat and search over the connected data. Connector go-live dates will be agreed with the Customer during implementation. The CSM will hold a check-in with the Customer every six months.
Renewal
The initial term ends on 30 Nov 2024. B-Brain's customer success manager will contact the Customer ahead of the end date to discuss renewal. Pricing at renewal will follow the price book in force at that time.
Entire agreement
This executed agreement, including the order lines and service levels above, sets out the contracted price and terms between the parties. Where any CRM record, invoice or earlier draft differs from it, this document prevails.
