What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Internal draft proposal to expand Fenmoor's Enterprise subscription with extra users, connectors, Premium support and a Sandbox. Not yet shared with the customer. No price is set; the contract end of 30 Jun 2027 is unchanged.
What it is: an internal draft prepared on 30 Sep 2026, marked "Draft for internal review. Not yet shared with the customer." It proposes an expansion of the existing Enterprise subscription.
Commits: nothing. "This draft is not for signature." It states that the executed order form "remains the source of truth for price and terms".
Unusual: pricing for the added items is "not yet set" and would be quoted from the current price book by a new order form under the existing MSA. Any discount would apply to the first term of the added items only.
Not settled: user and connector numbers, whether Premium support and the Sandbox go together, and who owns the commercial conversation, as the account has no active account executive. Finance must confirm pricing wording before any figure is shown to the customer.

Body
Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting - Proposal v1
Status: Draft for internal review. Not yet shared with the customer.
Prepared: Wednesday 30 September 2026 Prepared by: B-Brain account team Customer contact at B-Brain: Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager Deal type: Expansion of the existing Enterprise subscription
Context
Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting has been a B-Brain customer since 1 Jul 2024 on the Enterprise tier. The company brain gives underwriting operations one view of submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity, so the team can answer capacity providers' oversight questions without reconciling systems by hand.
Over the last quarter use of the brain has grown. More people are asking it questions, ticket volume is low and none of the recent tickets have been high priority. There are no overdue invoices. This is a healthy account, and the proposal below builds on that rather than fixing a problem.

| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise |
| Customer since | 1 Jul 2024 |
| Contract end | 30 Jun 2027 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | As per the executed order form |
| Licensed users | As per the executed order form, the Enterprise user allowance |
| Hosting | Inside Fenmoor's own Snowflake account |
| Support | Enterprise service level, including the Enterprise first-response commitment |
The executed order form remains the source of truth for price and terms. Nothing in this proposal changes it until a new order form is signed.
What we are proposing
The aim is to let Fenmoor extend the brain to more people and more of its sources, and to give the operations team a safer place to try changes before they reach the live brain.
| Proposed item | What it gives Fenmoor | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Additional users | Room for more people beyond the Enterprise user allowance, added in blocks | Under discussion |
| Additional connectors | Further sources brought into the brain, in blocks, each with a live-by commitment in the order form | Under discussion |
| Premium support | A named engineer, available 07:00 to 20:00 UK time | Under discussion |
| Sandbox | A separate environment to test new connectors and questions before release | Under discussion |
| On-site training day | A hands-on session for underwriting operations and the claims team | Optional |
Why now
- More colleagues are using the brain each week, so the user allowance is the natural first constraint.
- Capacity providers keep asking oversight questions that touch several systems. Each new connector removes another manual reconciliation.
- A Sandbox lets the team add sources without risk to the figures they already rely on.
Commercial approach
- Pricing for the additional items is not yet set. It will be quoted from the current price book and added to the existing subscription by a new order form under the existing MSA.
- Any discount would apply to the first term of the added items only and stays within B-Brain's discount limit.
- Invoicing would follow the existing pattern: annual, in advance, on standard terms.
- The existing subscription and its contract end of 30 Jun 2027 are unaffected unless Fenmoor chooses to align the new items with the main term.
Open points before this goes to the customer
- Confirm with Fenmoor how many additional people they expect to onboard and from which teams.
- Confirm which extra sources matter most, and whether any need changes on the customer side first.
- Decide whether Premium support and the Sandbox are offered together or separately.
- Agree who at B-Brain owns the commercial conversation, as the account currently has no active account executive and Daniel Okafor knows it best from activity.
- Finance to confirm the pricing wording before any figure is shown to the customer.
Next steps
- Daniel Okafor to review the usage picture with the Fenmoor operations lead.
- Complete the open points above and update this draft.
- Share the final proposal with Fenmoor's decision maker, then prepare the order form if they wish to proceed.
Acceptance
This draft is not for signature. A final version will carry an acceptance block for the authorised signatories at Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting and at B-Brain, each by job title and date.
