What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Proposal from Priya Raman dated 9 Oct 2025 to move Fenmoor from Growth to Enterprise at one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds a year, with P1 first response of thirty minutes. It is an open proposal, not a contract, and states no availability percentage.
What it is: a final-status proposal from Priya Raman, Account Executive, dated 9 Oct 2025. It asks Fenmoor to expand from Growth to Enterprise ahead of the end of its current term on 30 Jun 2026.
Price: it states the current Growth annual price as forty-four thousand pounds and the proposed Enterprise annual price as one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds. It says the deal amount "is also the proposed annual price of the Enterprise subscription".
Service terms: P1 first response of thirty minutes, and freshness credits as well as availability credits. Availability, user and connector allowances are described only as "the Enterprise service level" and allowances, with no figures.
Not settled: it is not binding, and it says the executed order form governs price and service levels. The evidence does not show whether an order form was signed, and the term end it cites has since passed.

Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting - Proposal
Proposal to move to the Enterprise tier of the B-Brain company brain
Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, B-Brain Date: 9 Oct 2025 Status: Final
1. Where we are today
Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting has been a B-Brain customer since 1 Jul 2024, on the Growth tier. The brain runs inside your own Snowflake account and gives your underwriting operations one view of submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity, so that your team can answer capacity providers' oversight questions without reconciling systems by hand.
Over the last quarter usage has grown, the support queue has been quiet, and your invoices are all paid on time. Your current contracted annual recurring revenue is forty-four thousand pounds, with forty licensed users, and the current term runs to 30 Jun 2026.
That is a good foundation, and it is the reason we are proposing the next step now rather than at renewal.
2. What we are proposing
We propose an expansion from Growth to the Enterprise tier.

| Today (Growth) | Proposed (Enterprise) | |
|---|---|---|
| Annual price | forty-four thousand pounds | one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds |
| Licensed users | forty | the Enterprise user allowance |
| Connectors | the Growth connector allowance | the Enterprise connector allowance |

| Availability commitment | the Growth service level | the Enterprise service level |
| P1 first response | the Growth service level | thirty minutes |
| Data freshness service credits | Not included | Included |
The deal amount for this expansion is one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds, which is also the proposed annual price of the Enterprise subscription.
3. Why Enterprise suits Fenmoor
The brain is now part of how you answer your capacity providers. When a syndicate asks a question about a bordereau or a claim, an answer built on stale data is worse than a slow one. That is the practical difference the Enterprise tier makes:
- Data freshness is credited. Only Enterprise carries service credits for freshness as well as availability, which matters when your oversight answers depend on the nightly refresh landing on time.
- Faster first response. Priority incidents receive a first response within thirty minutes.
- Identity controls. Single sign-on and SCIM let your security and IT colleagues manage access centrally, which capacity providers tend to ask about.
- An executive sponsor. A named senior contact at B-Brain who is accountable for the relationship.
- Room to grow. A larger user allowance and more connectors, so that more of your team and more of your systems can sit on the same layer.
4. What changes and what does not
Your data stays in your Snowflake account. Your existing connectors, pages and dashboards carry over, and nothing needs to be rebuilt. The change is to the commercial terms and service levels, and to the extra controls described above. Any additional set-up work that follows from the move, such as single sign-on configuration, will be scoped in the order form so there are no surprises.
5. Commercial terms
- Subscription billed annually in advance on standard thirty-day terms; quarterly billing is available on request.
- The Enterprise subscription would replace the current Growth subscription and align to a single term.
- Any discount applies to the first term only.
- Final terms sit in the order form under your existing MSA. The executed order form is the document that governs price and service levels.
6. Next steps
- Walk through this proposal with your operations lead and your finance team.
- Confirm the user numbers and connectors you want from day one.
- We prepare the order form for your review.
- Signature, then the move to Enterprise terms.
If we can get this over the line in good time, we keep momentum and you have the Enterprise service levels well before the current term ends on 30 Jun 2026. Happy to make this easy: tell me what would help your team review it and I will turn it round quickly.
Best, Priya
