Proposal from Priya Raman dated 30 Jun 2025 to move Fenmoor from Growth to Enterprise. It states no price and no service figures; the Enterprise price sits in a covering note not in the document. It is a proposal, not executed paper.

What it is: a sales proposal for upgrading the existing Growth brain, in use since 1 Jul 2024, to Enterprise. The stored status is final, but the text makes it a proposal, so it is an open item and not a contract.

Commits: nothing binding. The terms are standard: "annual billing in advance, with quarterly billing available on request, and payment on thirty-day terms".

Unusual: the Enterprise price is only "as quoted to Fenmoor in this proposal's covering note", and the implementation is a "Fixed fee agreed at order form". Service levels are described only as higher or faster, with no figures.

Not settled: the price, the implementation fee, the effective date and whether Fenmoor accepted. The document also offers renewal on Growth as an alternative, and the evidence does not show which was chosen.

Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting - Proposal

Proposal for the move from Growth to Enterprise

Prepared for: Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting Prepared by: Priya Raman, Account Executive, B-Brain Date: Monday 30 June 2025 Status: Final

Context

Fenmoor has used the brain since 1 Jul 2024 on the Growth tier. It gives underwriting operations one view of submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity, so the team can answer capacity providers' oversight questions without reconciling systems by hand.

The current term ends on 30 Jun 2025. Usage over the last thirty days has risen compared with the previous quarter, invoices are all paid on time and support has been quiet: a single ticket and nothing high priority. It is a healthy account, and that is the right moment to look at what the next stage could bring.

Why Enterprise, and why now

Read the whole document (5,196 characters)
  • Oversight expectations are growing. Capacity providers ask for more, and more often. A company-wide brain with stronger controls makes those answers faster and easier to defend.
  • More teams can benefit. Growth was bought for one operations function. Enterprise is built for company-wide use, so claims, finance and leadership can ask the same brain.
  • Security and identity. Enterprise adds single sign-on and automated user provisioning, which matter to a regulated, Lloyd's-facing business.
  • A named sponsor. Enterprise includes an executive sponsor at B-Brain, so Fenmoor's leadership has a direct line when priorities change.
  • Faster support. Enterprise carries the fastest first-response commitment on priority issues, higher availability, and service credits that cover data freshness as well as availability.

Scope of the move

  • Upgrade of the existing brain, which already lives in Fenmoor's Snowflake account, so no data has to move.
  • Existing connectors stay in place; further connectors can be added within the Enterprise allowance.
  • Security review support for Fenmoor's own team and for any questions from capacity providers.
  • A fixed-fee implementation to switch on single sign-on, user provisioning and the additional teams. The scope will be agreed with Fenmoor's operations lead before work begins.
  • Training for new teams, with an on-site training day available as an add-on if wanted.

Terms are the standard B-Brain terms: annual billing in advance, with quarterly billing available on request, and payment on thirty-day terms. Any commercial adjustment will be put in writing with a clear deadline attached, so both sides know where they stand.

Suggested timeline

  • This week: walk through the proposal with Fenmoor's operations lead and finance contact.
  • Next week: confirm scope, identity requirements and the teams to be added.
  • Before the end of the quarter: sign the order form under the existing master agreement so the move lands cleanly alongside the renewal.
  • After signature: implementation, then the first quarterly review under Enterprise.

What we need from Fenmoor

  • A decision-maker for the commercial discussion, ideally with the economic buyer on the call.
  • Confirmation of which additional teams should be included first.
  • Details of the identity provider so single sign-on can be scoped.
  • A security contact for the review.

Alternative: renew on Growth

If the timing is not right, Fenmoor can renew on the Growth tier with the same licensed users and connectors, and revisit Enterprise at the next quarterly review. This proposal stays on the table either way, and Daniel Okafor will keep the Growth account running smoothly in the meantime.

Next steps

Happy to make this easy. If we can get a call in the diary this week, I will bring the order form draft and a short scope note so we can keep momentum and have everything ready for signature.

Best, Priya
