What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the QBR, Daniel Okafor reported good usage. Managing Director Stuart Kenyon asked what the brain saves on audit prep and wanted one line to quote. Daniel proposed working it out with Ruth Ackroyd from the last audit cycle.
Ask: Stuart wants a short, quotable statement of the saving on audit preparation. Ruth separately wants quality tickets and customer orders lined up by part.
Customer view: Stuart relies on Ruth to say whether it is working and has not yet been given a value figure.
Next: Daniel declined to give a number he could not stand behind and asked Ruth for half an hour. The evidence does not show a reply from Ruth or a figure produced.

- Daniel Okafor 24 Apr 2026 16:43Dear Ruth and Stuart, Thank you both for your time on the review call. Just to close the loop on what we covered: - Usage across the team has held up well, and the sales engineers are asking the brain more questions than they were a quarter ago. - The one support ticket this month was dealt with promptly, and Bethan's team has it in hand. - Ruth would like the quality tickets and customer orders lined up more closely by part, so audit preparation is quicker. I'll take that away and come back to you with options. Stuart, the short version is that the brain is being used and the account is in good order. If there is anything you would like to see in a different form before the next review, tell me and I'll arrange it. Best wishes, Daniel
- Stuart Kenyon 27 Apr 2026 12:50Daniel, Thanks. Keep it simple. What does it save us on audit prep? Ruth will tell me if it's working, but I'd like one line I can quote. Stuart
- Daniel Okafor 28 Apr 2026 09:35Dear Stuart and Ruth, Fair question, Stuart. I don't want to give you a number I can't stand behind, so I'd rather work it out with Ruth from the last audit cycle and bring you something real. Ruth, could we spend half an hour on that in the next couple of weeks? Which customer, which part, and how long it took to pull together by hand is all I need to start. I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a couple of times. Best wishes, Daniel
