- Matteo Ricci 17 Jul 2026 16:55Dear Ronan, I hope the week has ended well. I would like to set up the conversation on terms, now that the security review has been completed and the incident earlier this month has been fully explained to your team in writing. I would rather you heard from me directly that I regard that as the right order of things: the security questions first, then the commercial ones. The decision I need from you is limited. Are you content for Niamh and your procurement colleagues to negotiate the detail with me, and would you join for the last part of the call, when we confirm what is agreed? Could you suggest a slot early next week? I can fit around your diary. Forty-five minutes should be enough. Best regards, Matteo
- Ronan Tierney 20 Jul 2026 12:22Matteo, Yes, let's proceed. Niamh and procurement will take the detail with you, as before. I do not need to be there for all of it. My assistant will send a slot later this week. I will join for the final fifteen minutes, so please have a clear list of what is agreed and what is still open. Short, no deck. Is our CISO still content after the latest update? Please confirm with Niamh before the call. Ronan
