Current to 11 Oct 26Daniel Okafor asks Callum Reid for a QBR before the contract end on 30 Jun 2026. Callum wants one hour in the mornings, accepts the user-numbers question, and will ask the budget holder, who will want the all-in cost.
Ask: Daniel wants the QBR in the diary before the contract end on 30 Jun 2026, so the renewal can be discussed properly. He also wants the budget holder present for the value case.
Customer view: Callum asks for an hour, not a half day, in the mornings and not on Fridays. He calls the licensed-user question fair and says most of the team are in daily.
Next: Callum will ask the budget holder, who will want to know the all-in cost. He asks when the invite will arrive.

- Daniel Okafor 13 May 2026 17:41Hi Callum, Thank you for your time on the call. Just to close the loop on scheduling: I'd like to get the quarterly business review into the diary before the contract end on 30 Jun 2026, so that we have room to talk properly about the renewal rather than squeezing it into the last week. What I have in mind for the session: - How the oversight questions from your capacity providers are being answered from the brain, and where your team still goes back to spreadsheets - Whether the forty licensed users are the right shape for how underwriting operations works today - Anything on the connectors or the 07:00 refresh that is not behaving as you'd expect It would help to have Richard there for the last part, even if only for half the session. I know budget is his, so I'd rather he hears the value case directly than second-hand. Could you let me know which days suit you over the next couple of weeks? I'll come back to you by Friday with a firm invitation once I have your preferences. How is the team finding it at the moment, by the way? Best wishes, Daniel
- Callum Reid 14 May 2026 13:51Daniel, What I need is an hour, not a half day. Mornings are better for us. Bordereaux go out in the afternoons and I don't want the team distracted then. Any day early next week or the week after works for me. Avoid Friday, the syndicate catch-ups are all on Fridays. On your agenda: fine. The user numbers are a fair question. Most of the team are in daily and the underwriters use it more than I expected. I'd rather talk about that with the data in front of us. I'll ask Richard. He will want to know what this costs us all in, so have that ready. Keep it short and keep it simple. On the quote below, yes, that is the one he will care about. > Whether the forty licensed users are the right shape for how underwriting operations works today Can you send the invite once you have a slot? By when can I expect it? Callum
