Current to 10 Oct 26Louise Carver, Procurement Manager, says the upgrade order form must sit under a master agreement on Fenmoor's template. She asks B-Brain not to circulate an order form until the two documents are agreed together.
Ask: Louise asks which master agreement version B-Brain holds and when it was signed. Priya cites the one signed when Fenmoor joined, and the executed copy matches Louise's.
Customer view: the redline is due early the following week and she wants both documents agreed at once, with Richard copied. She states nothing changes in the current arrangement meanwhile.
Next: this adds a legal step ahead of the five per cent offer deadline of the end of March, and the thread does not show how that is resolved.

- Louise Carver 23 Mar 2026 09:15Dear Priya, Richard has passed the proposed upgrade to me. Before we can look at the new order form, procurement needs to re-paper the master agreement. The current paper pre-dates our standard supplier terms, and our standard position is that any new order form sits under a master agreement on Fenmoor's template. Could you confirm which version of the master agreement you hold on your side, and the date it was signed? I want to be sure we are both working from the same document before I come back with a redline. This is subject to contract, of course, and nothing here changes the current arrangement while we do it. Kind regards, Louise Carver, Procurement
- Priya Raman 23 Mar 2026 10:31Hi Louise, Thanks for picking this up so quickly - very helpful. On our side the master agreement is the one signed when Fenmoor joined, which I believe was 1 Jul 2024, and the current Growth order form sits under it until 30 Jun 2026. I will ask our contracts team to send you the executed copy this afternoon so we are definitely looking at the same thing. Happy to work from your template where it makes sense. If we can get the re-papering done in good time, it keeps the upgrade on track without disrupting the current subscription. Would it help if I joined a short call with you and Richard's team to agree the order of play? Best, Priya
- Louise Carver 25 Mar 2026 08:57Priya, Thank you. The executed copy arrived and matches the version I hold, so we are aligned on that. My plan is to send you a redline of the master agreement on our template early next week. Please do not circulate an order form for the upgrade until that is settled; I would rather the two documents are agreed together and not one after the other. I will copy Richard on the redline so he can see progress. A call would be useful once you have had the chance to read it. I will propose a time then. Kind regards, Louise Carver, Procurement
