Callum Reid accepted a Thursday 10:00 hour for the quarterly review. He wants a usage view by team, a list of anything open on B-Brain's side, and news on the 07:00 refresh, and expects Richard to see only a summary page.

Ask: Callum wants the usage view by team and a clear list of open items. He says the 07:00 refresh is the one thing his underwriters notice.

Customer view: he is businesslike and cooperative. Richard will want the summary page but may not join, as he does not do tool detail.

Next: Daniel Okafor is to send the invite the next day. The contract end on 30 Jun 2026 was named as the horizon; the thread does not show what happened to it.

Hello Callum, Thank you for your time on the call. Just to close the loop, I promised to come back to you with a proposal for the next quarterly review, so here it is. I would like to get an hour in the diary sometime next week. Tuesday or Thursday would suit me best, either at 10:00 or at 14:30, but I am happy to work around your team's bordereaux cycle if there is a better slot. I would suggest we look at how the brain is being used across the team, what is working well, and anything you would like us to tackle before the contract end on 30 Jun 2026. It would also be useful to know whether Richard would like to join for part of it. I know he prefers to keep things simple, so I can prepare a short summary page for him whether or not he attends. How is the team finding it at the moment? Usage looks steady from where I sit, but you will have a better feel for it than the numbers give me. I'll come back to you by the end of the week once I have heard which slot works. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, B-Brain

Daniel, Thursday at 10:00 works. Please keep it to the hour. What I need is the usage view by team, and a clear list of anything still open on your side. The 07:00 refresh is the one thing my underwriters notice, so tell me if there is anything on that. Richard will want to see the summary page. I'll ask him about joining, but don't count on it. He doesn't do tool detail. Please send the invite tomorrow so it is in the diary. Callum On 10 Feb 2026, at 17:38, Daniel Okafor wrote: > I would like to get an hour in the diary sometime next week. Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
