What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Daniel Okafor asked Callum Reid for a check-in because fewer people were logging in on a forty-user Growth account. Callum agreed but wants BB-Demo to show who stopped and what they asked, and said the dashboards are fine.
Ask: Daniel raised lower logins and no tickets, and asked for forty-five minutes with an underwriter if possible.
Customer view: Callum is guarded. He wants evidence rather than a catch-up, says the dashboards have been right at 07:00, and does not want his people thinking the brain is optional because of capacity-provider scrutiny.
Next: Daniel should send two or three morning slots for the week after next, with usage detail by person.

- Daniel Okafor 6 Jan 2026 10:45Hello Callum, I hope the new year has started kindly. Thank you for your time on our last call, and just to close the loop, I said I would come back to you about a proper check-in. Looking at how the brain is being used across the team, I'd like us to sit down and talk it through. Fewer people have been logging in lately than I would expect for a Growth account with forty licensed users, and I would rather hear from you what is behind that than guess. There have been no tickets from your side, so I can't tell from our end whether things are working well or whether people have simply drifted back to their old routines. Could you give me forty-five minutes or so in the next week or two? I'm happy to fit around the bordereaux calendar, and I'd like your underwriters' view as well as yours if one of them can join. How is the team finding it at the moment? Best wishes, Daniel
- Callum Reid 6 Jan 2026 11:34Daniel, Fair question. What I need is to know what you'll be bringing, not just a catch-up. If it's usage, show me who has stopped and what they were asking before. Week after next is better for me. Mornings, before the syndicate calls start. I'll check with the team on who can join. To be straight, the dashboards are fine when they're right at 07:00 and they have been. But I can't have my people thinking it's optional. That's a capacity-provider question waiting to happen. Send me two or three slots and I'll pick one. Callum
