What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26After the quarterly review, Richard Thorne asks for a one-page note on what Fenmoor pays, what it gets and what changes at renewal, before month-end, to take to the board. Daniel Okafor is drafting it.
Ask: Richard wants it simple: what they pay, what they get, and what changes at renewal. He needs it ahead of a board meeting.
Customer view: He is engaged but terse and focused on cost. Callum Reid is asked to check the usage section.
Next: Daniel is drafting the note for the Growth tier and is to set out what stays the same and what may change at renewal.

- Daniel Okafor 17 Nov 2025 17:48Hello Callum, hello Richard, Thank you both for your time at the quarterly review. I wanted to close the loop in writing while it is fresh. The headline is a good one. Usage across the team has grown over the quarter, more of your underwriters are asking the brain questions directly, and there have been no support tickets in the last month. Your invoices are all up to date. What we agreed: - Callum's team will keep building the dashboards that answer the capacity-provider oversight questions. - I'll send a short note showing how the brain is being used, in a form Richard can take to the board if that helps. - We'll set out the renewal options well ahead of the summer, so there is plenty of time to consider them. Richard, you asked what this costs all in. I'll put the contracted subscription and the one-off implementation side by side in that note, so you have a single view. I'll come back to you both by the end of the week with the note. Best wishes, Daniel
- Richard Thorne 18 Nov 2025 12:04Thank you for the summary. Keep it simple. One page. What we pay, what we get, and what changes at renewal. I'll need to take that to the board, so I would rather have it before the end of the month than after. Regards, Richard Thorne
- Daniel Okafor 20 Nov 2025 08:14Hello Richard, hello Callum, Understood, Richard, and thank you for the steer. One page it is. I've started drafting it this morning. It will cover the contracted subscription for the Growth tier, the licensed users it includes, and what we know about the renewal terms. I'll set out what stays the same and what may change, in plain terms, without technical detail. Callum, I'd value a quick look over the usage section before it goes to Richard, so it reflects how your team actually works. Could you let me know when suits? I'll send the draft to you both by the end of next week at the latest, which leaves a comfortable gap before the board. Best wishes, Daniel
