Current to 11 Oct 26Callum Reid sets conditions for the next quarterly review: avoid month-end, Richard for the last part only, and the dashboards and the 07:00 refresh on the agenda. Daniel Okafor agrees to all of it.
Ask: Callum wants a Tuesday or Wednesday morning slot before ten, with Richard for half an hour on the value case and the cost.
Customer view: the dashboards behind the capacity-provider questions must be right at 07:00 and he cannot have that wobble. That is his test of the brain.
Next: Daniel will bring the dashboard usage view and a plain answer on recent mornings. The review also looks ahead to the summer renewal.

- Daniel Okafor 7 Nov 2025 08:18Hello Callum, I hope the week has been kind to you. I'd like to get your next quarterly review into the diary, and I wanted to ask you first before I send anything wider. The plan is to keep it practical. I'd like to walk through how the team is using the brain day to day, what has changed in the sources you have connected, and anything you want changed before the new year. It's also a good moment to look ahead to the renewal in the summer, so nobody is surprised by it. Could you let me know which days work for you over the next couple of weeks? Mornings tend to suit most people, but I'm happy to fit around your bordereaux cycle. And do tell me whether you'd like Richard to join for the whole session or just the last part. Just to close the loop, I'll come back to you with a calendar invitation as soon as I have your preference. Best wishes, Daniel
- Callum Reid 10 Nov 2025 11:53Daniel, What I need is a slot that avoids month-end. Bordereaux go out then and my team is flat out. Tuesday or Wednesday morning next week would work. Before ten if possible, so my underwriters are not pulled out mid-day. Richard should be there for the last part only. Keep the review to half an hour of his time. He will want the value case and the cost, nothing else. Two things I want on the agenda. First, the dashboards that feed the capacity-provider questions. Second, anything that might stop them being right at 07:00. That's a capacity-provider question and I can't have it wobble. Callum
- Daniel Okafor 13 Nov 2025 16:36Hello Callum, Thank you, that's very clear and it helps a great deal. I've asked for Tuesday morning next week and I'll send the invitation shortly. I've kept Richard's part to the last half hour, as you suggested, so he can come in for the value case and the cost picture. Both of your agenda items are in. For the dashboards, I'll bring a view of which ones the capacity-provider questions lean on most. For the 07:00 refresh, I'll look at the record of recent mornings and bring you a plain answer, so you aren't left with a "we're looking into it". If anything else comes up before then, just reply here and I'll fold it in. How is the team finding it at the moment, by the way? I'd like to hear it from you before we meet. Best wishes, Daniel
