Current to 10 Oct 26Callum Reid says use of the brain is up and bordereaux queries that took half a day are now quick. He wants to know what can be shown to capacity providers at the next oversight round, and offers call slots.
Customer view: Callum Reid is positive. The team uses the brain more, and the bordereaux queries "used to take half a day" and are now a quick question.
Ask: he wants a clear view of what Fenmoor can show capacity providers at the next oversight round and what is still missing. He wants capacity-provider questions answered before they are asked.
Next: he offered Thursday morning after 10:00 or Friday before lunch, accepted Hannah joining, and said Nadia may join if security comes up.

- Daniel Okafor 17 Oct 2025 17:04Hello Callum, Thank you for your time on our last call. I wanted to close the loop on one thing and get our next check-in booked while it's fresh. From what I can see on our side, the team's use of the brain has picked up nicely over the last quarter, and I'd like to hear how that matches your experience. In particular I'd like to understand how the oversight questions from your capacity providers are being handled now, and whether the bordereaux view is giving your underwriters what they need first thing in the morning. Could you let me know what works for you next week? I'd suggest forty-five minutes or so. If it's easier, bring whoever on your team you'd like to have in the room, and I'll make sure Hannah is available if there are any questions on the technical side. How is the team finding it generally? I'd be glad to hear the honest version. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, B-Brain
- Callum Reid 21 Oct 2025 15:36Daniel, Thanks. Short answer: the team is using it more, and it's helping. The bordereaux queries that used to take half a day to pull together are now a quick question. That's what I needed. What I need from the call is this: a clear view of what we can show the capacity providers at the next oversight round, and what's still missing. Anything that's a capacity-provider question I want answered before they ask it. Times: Thursday morning after 10:00 or Friday any time before lunch. Forty-five minutes is fine. If neither suits, tell me by when you can offer something else. Yes to Hannah being there. Nadia may join for the last part if security comes up, so I'll copy her in once we've fixed the slot. Callum
