Current to 10 Oct 26Daniel Okafor wrote up the review call for Callum Reid and Richard Thorne. The account looks healthy from BB-Demo's side, and Richard asked what the brain is worth. There is no customer reply in the thread.
Ask: Daniel recorded the Growth term running to 30 Jun 2026, steady usage, no recent tickets and nothing outstanding on invoicing. He committed to saved-view suggestions and a one-page value summary.
Customer view: Only Daniel's account of the call is here. Richard wanted the brain's worth in plain terms, and Callum's oversight questions cluster around quarter end.
Next: There is no customer response, and the thread does not show what followed the term end.

- Daniel Okafor 13 Aug 2025 09:51Dear Callum and Richard, Thank you both for your time on the review call. I wanted to send a short note just to close the loop on what we covered, so that you have it in writing and can correct me if I have got anything wrong. Where things stand today: - Your Growth subscription is contracted at the annual figure agreed in the order form, with your licensed users included, and the term runs to 30 Jun 2026. Nothing about that has changed. - Usage is steady. The team is asking the brain questions most working days, and the nightly refresh has been landing ahead of the 07:00 start, which I know matters to Callum for the bordereaux checks. - There have been no support tickets in the last month, and nothing outstanding on the invoicing side, so from our end the account looks healthy. On the capacity-provider side, Callum, you mentioned that the oversight questions keep arriving in clusters around quarter end. I would like to look at which of those could be answered straight from a saved view, so your underwriters are not rebuilding the same answer each time. I will draft a couple of suggestions and come back to you by the end of next week. Richard, you asked what the brain is worth to Fenmoor in plain terms. I will put together a one-page summary that keeps it simple: what the team used to do by hand, what they now ask the brain, and where the time has gone. Priya is copied in as she knows the commercial background best and can pick up anything on that side. How is the team finding it generally? If there are people who have drifted away from it, I would be glad to run a short session with them. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
