Current to 10 Oct 26Daniel Okafor gave formal renewal notice for the Growth subscription, unchanged in tier, users and subscription. COO Richard Thorne sees no difficulty in principle but wants the all-in cost in writing, a board summary and a conversation first.
Ask: Richard wants written confirmation of the full annual cost including anything outside the subscription, and a one-page summary limited to what the business has actually got.
Customer view: conditionally accepting. The decision goes to the board, and he would rather speak before paperwork is issued.
Next: Daniel and Priya Raman must supply the all-in figure and the summary, then arrange a call.

- Daniel Okafor 1 Apr 2025 12:30Dear Richard, Thank you for your time over the last few months. I am writing, as promised, to give you formal notice that Fenmoor's current term runs to 30 Jun 2025, and the renewal falls due on 1 Jul 2025. The proposal is simple. Same tier (Growth), the same number of licensed users you have now, and the annual subscription stays exactly as it is today. There is no change to the terms you signed, and nothing for your team to set up on their side. A few words on how things look from here. Use of the brain has grown nicely this quarter, and there have been no support tickets at all in the last month, which I take as a good sign. The team seems to be leaning on it more and more when the capacity providers come back with oversight questions, but I would be interested to hear how it feels from your seat. I have copied Priya, who looks after the commercial side, so she can issue the renewal paperwork as soon as you are ready. Nothing is needed from you today. If it would help, I can put together a one-page summary of what Fenmoor has been getting out of the brain, for you to take to the board. Just to close the loop: please do tell me if you would like to talk it through before anything is signed. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, B-Brain
- Richard Thorne 4 Apr 2025 09:49Daniel, Thank you for the note. If the figure is unchanged and the scope is as it is today, I see no difficulty in principle. Keep it simple. What does this cost us, all in, for the year? I would like that confirmed in writing, including anything that sits outside the subscription. I will need to take that to the board, so the one-page summary you mention would be useful. Please keep it to what the business has actually got from it. I would rather speak before the paperwork is issued. Let me know what you propose. Regards, Richard Thorne
