Current to 10 Oct 26Daniel Okafor's check-in notes were confirmed by Callum Reid with one correction: underwriters are busy, not sidelined, and do not know what to ask. He wants a starter question list grouped by capacity-provider question, and a date for a team session.
Ask: Callum Reid accepted the notes, then asked for the starter questions grouped as a capacity provider would ask them: submissions, bordereaux, claims. He also wants to know who at B-Brain can run a short session with no slides.
Customer view: Refresh timing and support are not a concern. The issue is adoption: use is up but concentrated in a small group, against a licence for forty users.
Next: Callum expects the draft by the end of that week and then a firm date for the session. He asked "by when", so a vague reply would cost goodwill.

- Daniel Okafor 24 Mar 2025 12:53Hi Callum, Thank you again for making the time last week, and for bringing a colleague from the bordereaux side. It was very useful to hear their questions first-hand. Just to close the loop, here is how I have it from our conversation. - The nightly refresh is landing ahead of 07:00 on business days, and you are happy to keep leaning on the dashboards first thing in the morning. - The oversight questions from capacity providers are the main reason the team opens the brain, and you want the submissions, bordereaux queries and claims tickets to be answerable from one view without anyone reconciling by hand. - Active use is up on last quarter, but it is concentrated in a small group. You would like more of your underwriters asking questions, since the licence is for forty users. - You are comfortable with how support has been, and nothing is waiting on us at the moment. On my side, I will put together a short list of the questions your team asks most often, so that we can share them as starting points with the underwriters who are not yet using the brain. I'll come back to you by the end of this week with a draft. If I have misremembered anything, please tell me and I'll correct it. Best wishes, Daniel
- Callum Reid 25 Mar 2025 17:58Daniel, Notes are right. One correction: the underwriters are not on the sidelines, they are busy. The problem is they don't know what to ask. Your list of starter questions should fix that, so yes, send it. Two additions. - I want the list grouped by what a capacity provider would actually ask, not by feature. Submissions, bordereaux, claims. That's a capacity-provider question every time. - When you send the draft, tell me who at your end can run a short session with the team. Half an hour, in their own time, no slides. End of this week is fine for the draft. After that I'd like a date for the session, so by when can you give me one? Callum
