After the QBR, Callum Reid confirmed the notes, said the team finds the brain useful, and asked for a hands-on session and a yes or no on refresh timing. Daniel Okafor flagged the 30 Jun 2025 term end to Priya Raman.

Ask: an hour-long session run with underwriters, not ops, and a firm yes or no that data is in place before the team starts each business day.

Customer view: positive on value, but the refresh matters to him because he once answered a capacity provider with unsure numbers.

Next: Daniel owes a written refresh pattern by Friday and session slots. Priya Raman is handed the renewal conversation for the term ending 30 Jun 2025.

Hi Callum, Thank you for making the time today, and for being so open about what is and isn't working. I wanted to get the notes to you while it is fresh. I've copied Priya so she has the same picture. What I took away: - Usage across your licensed users keeps growing, and the number of people asking questions each week is clearly up on the previous quarter. That is the part I'm most pleased about. - Your team is leaning on the single view of submissions, bordereaux queries and claims tickets when answering the syndicates. You said that has taken real pressure off the week. - You'd like a couple more of your underwriters comfortable asking questions themselves, rather than coming through you. - You asked for the refresh timing to be confirmed in writing, which I'll do. From my side, I'll come back to you by the end of next week with a short note on the refresh timing and a suggestion for a short hands-on session with your underwriters. If I've misread anything, please say. How is the team finding it so far? I'd value a line or two in your own words. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Notes are right. Two points. First, the hands-on session. Yes, but keep it to an hour and run it with the underwriters, not ops. Let me know what you need from me. Second, the refresh. I don't need a long note. I need a yes or no that the data is in place before the team starts, every business day, and by when you will confirm it. Last quarter I had to answer a capacity provider with numbers I wasn't sure of and I don't want that again. Team is finding it useful. Fewer questions come back to me, which was the point. Callum

Hi Callum, Thanks for the quick reply, and I'm glad the team is finding it useful. On the refresh: the nightly refresh is designed to be complete by 07:00 on business days, and that is what your Growth subscription is set up for. I've checked the last few weeks and I'll send you the pattern in writing by Friday, so you have it to hand if a capacity provider asks. If anything slips in future, you'll hear from me before you notice it. On the session: an hour, underwriters only, with you dropping in at the start. I'll propose a couple of slots later this week and you can pick whichever is least disruptive. Separately, as your contract runs to 30 Jun 2025, Priya will want to talk about the renewal in good time, and I'll make sure that conversation builds on what you've told us today rather than starting from scratch. Priya, I'll leave that with you. Just to close the loop, I'll come back to you by Friday with the refresh note. Best wishes, Daniel
