After the 22 Nov 2024 review, Richard Thorne, Chief Operating Officer, asked for a one-page usage summary and said that before any talk of the term beyond the current one he wants cost, all in, against what it has saved.

Ask: Richard wants a simple one-page usage summary, framed for capacity providers, and to see it before it goes to them. He leaves the choice of underwriters for a session with Callum.

Customer view: He calls the update encouraging, but signals that the renewal conversation will be a cost-versus-savings test.

Next: Daniel owes the usage note, and a quantified cost and savings case needs to be ready before the renewal talk.

Dear Callum, Richard, Thank you both for your time on the call today. I wanted to close the loop in writing while it is fresh. The headline is a good one. More of your underwriting operations team are using the brain week on week, and the questions they are asking have moved on from simple look-ups to the bordereaux and submissions queries that used to take up the team's week. Callum, you mentioned that the oversight questions from your capacity providers are now being answered from one view rather than chased across systems. That is exactly what we hoped for when we started in July. There were no support tickets raised this past month and nothing outstanding on the invoicing side, so from where we sit the service has been quiet in the right way. A couple of points we agreed to pick up: - I will put together a short note on how the brain is being used, framed around what your capacity providers tend to ask, so that you have something simple to hand. - We will look at which of your underwriters are not yet using it and whether a short session would help them. How is the team finding it day to day? Do tell me if anything feels clumsy, even if it seems small. I'll come back to you both with the usage note by the end of next week. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, B-Brain

Daniel, Thank you for the note. Encouraging. Yes, please send the usage summary. Keep it simple. One page, framed for the capacity providers as you suggest. I would rather see it before it goes anywhere near them. Callum will tell you which of the underwriters are worth a session. I will leave that with him. One request: when we next speak about the arrangement beyond the current term, I will want to see what this costs us, all in, against what it has saved the team. Nothing urgent. I would simply like it ready.
