Daniel Okafor and Callum Reid fixed an in-person quarterly review. Callum asked for something he can show the syndicates on what the brain does for them. Largely scheduling, with a clear value request.

Ask: Callum wants the review to produce material he can show the syndicates if they ask what the brain is doing for them. He will bring two of his team, including the person handling bordereaux queries.

Customer view: He welcomed the usage news and agreed to meet in person on a morning.

Next: Daniel is to send an agenda and needs Callum's raw oversight questions beforehand.

Hi Callum, Thank you for the call last week. I wanted to get the quarterly review in the diary while it's fresh. The headline for me is that more of your people are using the brain than a quarter ago, which is exactly what we hoped for. I'd like to show you who is asking what, which questions are saving your team the most time, and where I think there are still some quick wins. I also have a couple of ideas on how to get more out of the licensed users you have. Could you do a hour in the second half of this month? I'm flexible on days. If it helps, I can come to you in London rather than do it over a call. It would be useful if you could bring whoever deals with the capacity providers' queries most often, since their view will shape what I put in front of you. I'll come back to you with a short agenda once we have a time. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Good news on usage. What I need is something I can show the syndicates if they ask what the brain is doing for us, so put that on the agenda. In person works. Thursday or Friday next week suits me, mornings. Not Tuesday, we have a binder renewal on. Two of my team will join. The one handling bordereaux queries will have the most to say. What do you need from me beforehand? By when? Callum

Hi Callum, Thank you, that's helpful. Let's go with Thursday morning next week, in person at your offices. I'll aim to arrive for a start at 10:00 and keep to the hour. For the agenda I'll cover usage and who is asking the questions, a one-page summary you can use with the capacity providers, and the next steps for getting more of your underwriters in. From you, I'd only ask for the main oversight questions you've had recently, as raw as you like, so I can run them through the brain in front of you. If I could have those by the end of this week, that would be ideal. Just to close the loop, I'll send the agenda on Wednesday. Best wishes, Daniel
