Callum Reid accepts a half-hour video check-in with Daniel Okafor. He wants more underwriters asking the brain directly and a plan for the next capacity-provider review, and will bring a senior colleague.

Ask: Daniel Okafor asked for a half-hour check-in on day-to-day use and anything to connect before the end of the year. Callum agrees, wants mornings before 11:00, and notes the dashboards are checked at 07:00.

Customer view: he wants underwriters asking the brain directly rather than coming to his team. He also wants an answer for the next capacity-provider review before they ask.

Next: Daniel sends the invite for Tuesday or Thursday next week.

Hi Callum, I hope the week has started reasonably well. It's been a while since we sat down properly, so just to close the loop on where things stand, I'd like to book a check-in for your team in the next week or so. My plan is to look at how the brain is being used day to day, hear what your underwriters are asking it, and make sure the bordereaux and capacity-provider questions you brought us in for are still being answered the way you need. I'd also like to hear if there is anything you'd like us to connect or tidy up before the end of the year. Half an hour should be plenty. If it's easier, I can come to you rather than set up a video call. Could you let me know a day and time that suits you and anyone else you would like to join? How is the team finding it generally? Any early thoughts would be useful for me to have in my head before we speak. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, B-Brain

Daniel, Yes, worth doing. What I need is half an hour, no more. Video is fine, no need to travel. Tuesday or Thursday next week, mornings, before 11:00. Earlier is better; the dashboards are right at 07:00 and that is when my team is looking at them. Two things I want covered: how we get more of the underwriters asking the brain directly rather than coming to my team, and what we can do for the next capacity-provider review. That's a capacity-provider question and I'd rather have the answer before they ask. I'll bring one of my senior people. Send the invite and I'll accept.
