Current to 10 Oct 26Callum Reid accepts a 40-minute check-in with Daniel Okafor on Thursday at 09:30. He wants to know what can be shown to capacity providers without manual rework, and why some underwriters have not adopted the brain.
Ask: Daniel Okafor proposed a check-in covering capacity-provider oversight, refresh timing, who is using the brain and what to connect next. Callum agrees but sets his own agenda.
Customer view: the refresh is fine as far as he knows. His concern is adoption: some underwriters have not picked it up, and he wants to understand why before pushing them.
Next: Daniel confirms the slot and sends the invite, with Callum attending alone for now.

- Daniel Okafor 16 Sep 2024 11:28Hi Callum, I hope the week has started gently. I wanted to get a check-in in the diary with you, now that Fenmoor has had a couple of months on the brain. Nothing is wrong that I know of. I would simply like to hear how the team is finding it and what is and isn't earning its keep for you. I'd suggest around forty minutes, and I can work to whatever suits you. If it helps, here is what I had in mind to cover: - how the capacity-provider oversight questions are being answered now, compared with before - whether the nightly refresh is landing when your people need it - which of your underwriters are using it and which have not really picked it up yet - anything you would like us to connect or change Could you let me know a couple of slots later this week or early next? Mornings tend to be easiest on my side, but I'll fit around you. Just to close the loop, if there is anyone else at Fenmoor you would like on the call, tell me and I'll invite them. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, B-Brain
- Callum Reid 18 Sep 2024 17:18Daniel, Sorry for the delay, it has been a bordereaux week. Thursday morning, 09:30, works. Forty minutes is fine. Friday is no good, I'm with a syndicate. What I need out of it: a straight answer on what we can show capacity providers from the brain without my team rebuilding anything by hand. That's a capacity-provider question and it's what I'm judged on. On your list, the refresh is fine as far as I know. I'd rather talk about adoption honestly. Some of the underwriters have not picked it up and I'd like to know why before I push them. Just me for now. If it goes somewhere I'll bring someone in. Send the invite when you've confirmed. Callum
