- created · Jenna Price 1 Jul 2026 08:21Hi, we've been using the brain for a couple of months now but I'm not sure we're getting the best out of it. Sometimes answers come back slowly, and I'm wondering if there's a guide on how to ask questions effectively. Are there best practices we should follow? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jenna.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 1 Jul 2026 11:46Hi Jenna, brilliant question. The brain works best when you give it specific details – person names, company names, date ranges, whatever's relevant to what you're looking for. Broad or vague questions can take longer to answer because the brain has to search more widely across your data. I can send you a short guide on how to phrase questions for best results, or we could hop on a quick call to walk through some examples. Let me know what works best. Thanks, Bethan.
