Problem: HubSpot connector stopped syncing after the customer changed field mappings. Data was not updating despite the connector showing green status. Handling: Bethan Lister reviewed logs, identified authentication errors that occurred after the field mapping change, and escalated to Ewan Pryce for mapping configuration review. Watch: Sync failures following customer system changes are a data freshness risk. A connector can show green status while failing silently.

The connector shows green in the status but records aren't updating. Can you help? - public_reply · Jenna Price 4 Mar 2026 13:17The last sync was maybe a week or so ago. We did update some things in HubSpot around then – changed the field mappings. Could that have broken it?

- internal_note · Bethan Lister 5 Mar 2026 09:19Checked the logs. Authentication errors from the HubSpot API since the field mapping change. HubSpot token is valid on their end but our connector can't authenticate. The field remap changed the auth scope. Flagged with Ewan for review of the mapping config.
