Jenna asked how to save searches to avoid rebuilding filters weekly. Bethan explained the save search button and sidebar feature. Jenna confirmed it solved the problem.

Problem: Jenna needed to repeat the same search filters multiple times weekly to check pipeline status. Handling: Bethan guided her to the built-in save search button, which stores searches in the sidebar for one-click reuse. The feature already existed and met the need immediately. This is routine product education and a positive signal of adoption.

Hi, I'm running the same search several times a week to check our pipeline status. Is there a way to save my search so I don't have to rebuild the filters each time? Thanks, Jenna

Hi Jenna, thanks for getting in touch. Just so I've got this right – you're looking to save a search query so you can run it again without rebuilding the filters? That's a great question.

Sorry for the slow reply – we've been mad this week. Yes, that's exactly what I mean. Ideally something I can access from a list. Would save us a lot of time.

Good news – you can do this. In the search results, look for the 'Save search' button at the top. Give it a name and it'll appear in your sidebar under 'Saved searches'. Then you can run it any time with one click.
