Jenna Price couldn't find a date filter on the search results page. Bethan Lister clarified it's in the Results toolbar as Timeframe with preset ranges; Jenna found it immediately.

Problem: UI discoverability. Jenna was looking for a date filter on the search results page but didn't see it. Handling: Bethan clarified the feature exists in the Results toolbar (above results) as Timeframe with preset ranges, separate from the sidebar filters. Jenna found it immediately.

Hi, I'm trying to search for recent placements but I can't find a date filter. I'm on the search results page and I see filters for client name, status and region, but no date option. Can you help? Sorry for the basic question – the team's stretched at the moment.

Hi Jenna, thanks for getting in touch. Just so I've got this right – you're looking to filter your search results by a date range? I'd be happy to help. Can you tell me which view you're searching from?

Sorry for the slow reply, we've been mad this week. I'm on the search results page, trying to search for all placements from the last ninety days. I'm clicking on the filters button but only seeing client name, status and region. No date option showing up.

Got it, thanks. The date filter is in a different place than the others – it's in the Results toolbar at the top. Look for 'Timeframe' next to the search bar, and you'll see a dropdown with preset ranges like 'Last quarter'. Can you try that?
