What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the check-in, Ruth Ackroyd confirmed Daniel Okafor's notes and set a condition: the audit view must show a real customer, part and quality ticket, not sample data. She says use is rising, led by the quality group.
Ask: Ruth wants orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls joined up for audit work. Daniel's notes put the Growth contract at 40 licensed users, running to 30 Nov 2025.
Customer view: Ruth accepted the notes and said the quality group asks the most questions, with order management catching up. She will not sign off on a demo with sample data.
Next: Daniel owes her evidence on the audit view, drawn from real records.

- Daniel Okafor 20 May 2025 12:10Hello Ruth, Thank you for your time on the call earlier. Just to close the loop, here are my notes so you have them in writing. - Usage is up on last quarter, and the team is asking more questions of the brain than before. - No open tickets and nothing outstanding on the finance side. - You are on the Growth tier with 40 licensed users, and the contract runs to 30 Nov 2025. - You would like orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls to feel more joined up for the audit work. I will look at how we can show that more clearly and come back to you by the end of next week. How is the team finding it day to day? If anything in these notes is not how you remember it, tell me and I will correct it. Best wishes, Daniel
- Ruth Ackroyd 21 May 2025 14:14Daniel, Notes are fine. One addition: when you come back on the audit view, show me a real customer, a real part and the quality ticket against it. Which customer, which part? I will not sign off on a demo with sample data. The team is using it more. The quality group asks the most questions. Order management is catching up. Send me the evidence when you have it. Ruth
