Hi Stuart, Thanks for your time this week. As promised, the order form for the Growth tier is attached. It covers the brain across customer orders, quality tickets and the sales-engineer calls, and the total comes to £51,600, which includes the one-off implementation fee. I'll confirm the split between implementation and subscription on the form itself so there are no surprises. If you're happy, it just needs your signature. We were hoping to get it done by Friday 25 October 2024 so we can get the team started, but no drama if it takes a bit longer. Any questions, give me a ring. Best, Tom

Tom, Sorry for the delay, it's been a busy week on the shop floor. I've been through the order form and had a word with the team. They're happy it does what we need, and they'll tell me soon enough if it isn't working. Keep it simple, that's all I ask. I'll sign this afternoon and send it back. Stuart

Cheers Stuart, that's great news. Leave that with me. Once it's back I'll countersign and get it filed. Daniel Okafor, our customer success manager, will be in touch to get the kick-off in the diary and to make sure your team knows what to expect in the first few weeks. Cheers, Tom
