Current to 11 Oct 26Logistical thread: Tom Ashdown asks Stuart Kenyon for a half-hour call on commercial terms. Stuart offers Thursday after 14:00, alone, and asks for the terms BB-Demo would want signed, not a first draft.
Ask: Tom wanted a short call to go through commercial terms after Ruth had reviewed the proposal. Stuart replied the same morning with a time and a condition.
Customer view: Stuart wants to keep it short and will brief Ruth himself. He expects final terms rather than an opening position.
Next: Tom sends the invite and arrives with the version of the terms BB-Demo would stand behind.

- Tom Ashdown 17 Sep 2024 08:44Morning Stuart, Hope the week's started well. I'd like to get a call in the diary to go through the commercial terms with you, now that Ruth has had a good look at the proposal. Half an hour should do it. Do you have any room later this week? I can work around you, mornings or afternoons. If it's easier, Ruth can join, though I know you'd rather keep it short. Leave that with me and I'll send an invite once you tell me what suits. Best, Tom
- Stuart Kenyon 17 Sep 2024 11:28Tom, Thursday afternoon works, any time after 14:00. Just me is fine, I'll fill Ruth in. Ruth will tell me if anything needs her. Bring the version of the terms you'd actually want me to sign, not the first draft. Stuart
