After the QBR call Marcus Bell reported rising usage and no open issues. Rob Ellery said the team is too busy for a full session until the new year and asked to start with a couple of senior consultants.

Ask: Marcus offered a session for more consultants, noting plenty of room within the licensed users.

Customer view: Rob was positive that the brain is used but declined a wide session because the team is busy. He agreed to a small start, with Jenna Price choosing who.

Next: Jenna is to name the consultants.

Hi Jenna, Rob, Thanks for making time this morning. I've pulled the numbers and here's the short version of what I showed on the call: - Usage is up on the previous quarter, with a few more people logging in and asking questions - The client accounts and placements pipeline views are the ones getting most use - No open issues on our side, and only a single ticket in the last month, which is already sorted There's plenty of room within your licensed users if you want to bring more of the consultants in. Happy to jump on a call and run a short session for them if that helps. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thanks for this. Good to see it's being used. To be straight with you, the team's flat out until the new year, so a session for everyone isn't going to work right now. Maybe a couple of the senior consultants to start with. Jenna can pick who. Rob

Hi both, That works, Rob. Jenna, if you let me know which couple of consultants you'd like to start with, I'll set up something short and practical that doesn't take them off the desk for long. No rush on names. Thanks, Marcus
