Current to 10 Oct 26Callie Brennan arranged the Hollins Tarrant kickoff with Jenna Price for Thursday at 10:00. Jenna is admin for the CRM and helpdesk and will supply credentials, which Callie needs in writing before any connector starts.
Ask: Callie needs admin access details for the CRM and helpdesk, plus a note of messy fields. Jenna confirmed she holds both admin roles.
Customer view: Cooperative, though she says the team is stretched. All onboarding access depends on one person.
Next: Credentials are due by Wednesday, otherwise the call will cover how to share them safely. The thread is largely logistical.

- Callie Brennan 8 Jan 2024 18:00Hi Jenna, Welcome aboard. Before we switch on the refresh, I'd like to get our kickoff into the diary. The plan for the session is: who does what on your side, which sources we connect first, and what the first week looks like. What I need from your side is a time that suits you later this week, and the names of whoever holds admin access to your CRM and helpdesk. Credentials need to be with me in writing before we start any connector, so if we can get that sorted before the call it will go much more smoothly. Would Thursday morning work? I can do any time between 09:00 and 12:00. Thanks, Callie
- Jenna Price 8 Jan 2024 18:22Hi Callie, Thanks for this, and sorry for being a bit all over the place today, the team's stretched. Thursday morning should be OK. Could we say 10:00? I'm the admin for the CRM and the helpdesk, so the credentials will come from me. I'll try to get them over to you before then. Thanks, Jenna
- Callie Brennan 9 Jan 2024 12:18Hi Jenna, Thursday at 10:00 is booked and the invite is on its way to you. To recap, what I need from your side is: - admin access details for the CRM - admin access details for the helpdesk - a note of any fields you already know are messy No need to polish anything. I'd rather see it as it is. If the credentials are not with me by Wednesday, we'll use the call to walk through how to share them safely and start from there. Thanks, Callie
