Current to 10 Oct 26Tom Ashdown sent the Starter order form for signature. Rob Ellery had not read it and wants his operations manager to check the connectors first, asking what day one delivers and how soon.
Ask: Rob wants to know what Hollins Tarrant pays for on day one and how long until it sees something. He wants his operations manager to review the connectors before he signs.
Customer view: he admits he has not read the form properly because the team is flat out. He is cautious but not resisting.
Next: Tom offered a call with the operations manager and to confirm timings in one line. The order form is unsigned in this thread.

- Tom Ashdown 11 Dec 2023 16:34Hi Rob, Thanks for your time on Friday. As promised, the order form for the Starter tier is attached for signature. It covers the connectors we agreed and the deal total as in the proposal. It's short, as you asked. If you're happy, sign it and send it back and we can get the implementation work booked in. No drama if you want to talk it through first, just say. Best, Tom
- Rob Ellery 11 Dec 2023 17:14Tom, Got it, thanks. To be straight with you, I haven't read it properly yet, the team's flat out this week. I'd like my operations manager to look at the connectors before I sign anything, as she'll be the one living with it. What would we actually be paying for on day one, and how long until we see something? Rob
- Tom Ashdown 12 Dec 2023 08:38Morning Rob, Fair enough. Day one is the implementation: we connect your CRM and your helpdesk inside your own Snowflake account, map the fields and switch on the refresh. Your consultants then ask questions across client accounts, placements and tickets in one place. The timings are in the proposal, and I'll confirm them with the team so you have them in a single line. We're pencilled in to close tomorrow, but there's no rush on our side if your ops manager needs another day. Let's get something in the diary for a quick call with her if that helps. Leave that with me. Cheers, Tom
