Current to 10 Oct 26Elena Novak gave formal renewal notice for the Growth term ending 4 Jan 2027. Joost Verbeek replied that the figure is not what he expected and asked for a written explanation against the order form fee for forty users.
Ask: Joost wants a written account of how the renewal figure follows from the annual fee in the order form for forty users. He accepts that usage has grown but says that is not a new price.
Customer view: he is direct and unhappy. Elena replied that the figure is a proposal from the system, not an agreed price.
Next: Elena owes a written breakdown, compared with the order form, and a conversation with Tom Ashdown. The aim is to agree by 14 Dec 2026.

- Elena Novak 6 Oct 2026 10:49Dear Joost, I am writing as agreed in our regular check-ins, to give you formal notice of the renewal. Your current term ends on 4 Jan 2027. To confirm: 1. The renewal proposal is currently open in our system, for the Growth tier. 2. Our aim is to agree it by 14 Dec 2026. 3. I will make sure that Tom Ashdown, who is copied, and I send you the full proposal in writing. Please let me know a good time this month to walk through it. Kind regards, Elena
- Joost Verbeek 7 Oct 2026 11:58Elena, To be honest, the figure is not what I expected. What was agreed was the annual fee in our order form, for forty users. Please explain in writing how you get from that to the renewal figure, and what is included. Usage has grown, I know. That is not the same as a new price. So what is the plan? Met vriendelijke groet, Joost
- Elena Novak 7 Oct 2026 12:59Dear Joost, Thank you for the direct reply, and you are right to ask for it in writing. To confirm, the figure is the value of the renewal proposal as it stands in our system. It is a proposal, not an agreed price. As next steps: 1. I will send a written breakdown of what the proposal includes. 2. I will make sure that it is compared with the forty licensed users and the annual fee in your order form. 3. We then agree a conversation with Tom, so that nothing is left verbal. Kind regards, Elena
