Current to 10 Oct 26Marketing invited Callum Reid to the customer webinar on 16 Jul 2026 and floated a customer story. This is a one-way invitation: there is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Alice Brewer invited Callum to a customer webinar aimed at people who run the brain day to day. She asked for a reply on a place and on who else should attend.
Customer view: There is no customer response in the thread, so nothing shows interest either way.
Next: She also invited a story Callum might share, with written approval before anything is published. This is logistical and promotional, not a commercial signal.

- Alice Brewer 28 Jun 2026 13:19Hi Callum, I'm writing to invite you to our next BB-Demo webinar, which is online on Thursday 16 July 2026. It is open to customers, and I wanted you to see it before the wider invitation goes out. The session is aimed at people who run the brain day to day and have to answer questions from others in their organisation. Given how your team uses it for the capacity providers' oversight questions, I thought it might be useful to you or to someone in your underwriting operations group. It is a live format with time for questions at the end, so you can raise anything specific to Fenmoor. If you can't attend, I can send you the recording afterwards. Could you let me know by the end of next week whether you would like a place, and whether anyone else on your team should be added? I will send the joining details closer to the day. One more thing. If the session prompts a story you would be happy to share, I'd be glad to hear it. Nothing would be published without your written approval, and I'll send a draft for your approval first. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BB-Demo
