Current to 10 Oct 26Callum Reid reported claims tickets a few days behind on the oversight dashboard. Bethan Lister found the connector had stopped loading, re-ran the sync, and Callum confirmed it current and closed it.
Issue: the claims tickets connector stopped picking up new records while other sources loaded normally, and the oversight dashboard and chat both showed older answers. Callum wanted the dashboard right by the time his team starts in the morning.
Customer view: after the re-run on 2026-02-27 he checked each morning and confirmed no gaps at 07:00. He called it a good turnaround and was fine to close.
Next: the ticket is closed. A silent connector stall is the kind of data freshness risk worth watching on this account.

- Bethan Lister 26 Feb 2026 10:09Hi Callum, I've picked this up. Just so I've got this right: the claims tickets view in your brain is showing older records than you expect, and it is feeding through into the oversight view you use for the capacity providers. Is that correct? To help me reproduce it, can you tell me: - which view or dashboard you were looking at - roughly when you first noticed it - whether the same thing shows in chat when you ask about a recent claim I'll start looking at the connector side while I wait for your answer. Thanks, Bethan
- Callum Reid 26 Feb 2026 12:42Bethan, Yes, that's it. It's the oversight dashboard. Claims tickets look a few days behind, submissions and bordereaux queries are fine. Noticed it first thing today. Chat gives the same older answer. What I need is the dashboard right by the time my team starts in the morning. By when? Callum
- Bethan Lister 27 Feb 2026 14:15Hi Callum, Thanks, that was exactly what I needed. I've reproduced it: the claims tickets connector had stopped picking up new records, while the other sources carried on loading normally. I've re-run the sync and it has caught up, and records are now coming through again. I can't give you a date for anything beyond that until I've seen how it behaves over a couple of nightly refreshes, so I'd rather not promise more than I know. What I can say is that the refresh should be complete before your team starts each business day. Can you check the dashboard after the next nightly refresh and tell me what you see? If the newest claims tickets are there, we're good. If anything still looks behind, send me the ticket reference of one that's missing and I'll look at that one directly. Thanks, Bethan
- Callum Reid 3 Mar 2026 12:19Bethan, Checked it each morning since. Claims tickets are current and the dashboard is right at 07:00. No gaps against what we hold in the claims system. Fine to close it. Good turnaround. Callum
