Rachel Dunmore 1 Jul 2025 13:56Dear Harriet, Please find attached invoice INV-001-0003, issued today, 1 Jul 2025, for the Growth subscription for Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting. For your records: - Invoice number: INV-001-0003 - Issue date: 1 Jul 2025 - Due date: 31 Jul 2025 - Net, VAT and gross amounts: as shown on the face of the invoice The net amount is the annual subscription fee for the Growth tier, which includes forty licensed users. It is invoiced annually in advance and falls due on the payment terms set out in your order form, so payment is due by 31 Jul 2025. The net amount reconciles to the order form; the VAT is shown separately on the invoice. Could you confirm the PO number you would like quoted on the remittance, if your team uses one? If anything on the invoice needs re-issuing for audit purposes, please tell me before the due date and I will correct it straight away. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
