Ask: Callum wants a hands-on demo on bordereaux and submissions data, with three people attending: two underwriters and one from ops. He asked for mornings before 10:00 and for a confirmation date.
Customer view: he is direct and will walk away from a generic walkthrough. He also said Richard does not need to attend this one.
Next: Priya has proposed 09:00 on the Thursday of the following week and will send the invite with the three names. She tied the timing to the term end on 30 Jun 2025.

To keep momentum, I'd like to get the demo into the diary. The idea is a session on your own data rather than a slide deck, so you can see what your underwriters would actually ask the brain and what comes back. Could you let me know a couple of slots that work this week or next, and who you'd like in the room? Happy to make this easy - Daniel can join from our side if it helps to have someone who knows your set-up. Best, Priya

Mornings, before 10:00 ideally, as the team is flat out after that. Three of my people will join - two underwriters and one from ops. Richard doesn't need to be on this one. By when can you confirm? We'll build it around bordereaux queries and submissions, and I'll make sure the session is hands-on. I've pencilled Thursday next week at 09:00, with Friday at the same time as the fallback. If we can get this done before the term end on 30 Jun 2025, we'll have room to talk through anything that comes out of it without rushing. I'll send the invite today with the three names you gave me.
