Current to 10 Oct 26Callum Reid agreed kickoff timing and named himself admin, but pressed for when the first dashboards will be live and asked whether bordereaux queries come in the first wave. Source access may slip.
Ask: Callum wants the first dashboards right and live before capacity providers start asking oversight questions. He asks for a date and whether bordereaux queries are in the first wave.
Customer view: bordereaux queries are where his team loses most time. He flags IT approval of CRM and helpdesk credentials as the likely delay.
Next: Callie Brennan to answer the dashboard date and the bordereaux question, and chase source access.

- Callie Brennan 3 Jul 2024 16:17Hi Callum, Welcome aboard. I'm running your implementation, so I'd like to get the kickoff call booked this week or early next, before we switch on the refresh. The plan for the call is straightforward: confirm the connectors in your order form, agree the order we bring them in, and name your admins. What I need from your side is: - written access for each source system, ideally before the call, as I don't start a connector without it - the names of your admins, who will run the brain day to day once I hand over - a note of which teams will ask questions first, so we map the right fields first - anything in your CRM or claims ticketing that has changed recently, so nothing surprises us Your licence covers your whole planned user group, so we have room to bring people on in waves rather than all at once. I'd suggest starting with a small group from underwriting operations and widening once the first refresh has landed cleanly. Could you let me know two or three slots that work, and who else should be on the call? Thanks, Callie Callie Brennan Implementation Consultant, B-Brain
- Callum Reid 4 Jul 2024 08:17Callie, What I need is the first dashboards right and live by the time capacity providers start asking oversight questions. By when can we realistically have that? Kickoff: Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning both work. I'll bring one of my senior underwriting ops people. Finance doesn't need to be on it. Admins: me and one other, I'll confirm the name by Friday. Source access is the bit that could slip. Our IT contact needs to approve the credentials for the CRM and the claims helpdesk. I'll chase him today and send you what I have in writing. One question. Will bordereaux queries be in the first wave, or later? That's the one my team loses most time on. Callum
