- Nell Ashcombe 1 Jul 2024 11:50Hi Harriet, Callum suggested I send this to you directly, as you will be the one receiving our invoices for Fenmoor. The first annual subscription invoice for the Growth tier has been issued today, 1 Jul 2024. It is the annual fee in advance for the first contract year, which runs to 30 Jun 2025. The net amount, the VAT and the gross amount are all shown on the invoice, and they should reconcile to the executed order form. If they don't, tell me and we will re-issue it. Payment is due on 31 Jul 2024, which is the thirty-day terms in your order form. It is unpaid at the moment, which is as it should be. Two things I'd ask you to check when you open it: - the billing entity and the contract period are what your auditors would expect to see - the VAT treatment matches your own records If anything needs changing, reply here and I will get it sorted myself. That one would be on us, not you. Best, Nell Nell Ashcombe Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, B-Brain
